Any work touching plumbing, electrical or structure needs a permit. We file with your city's building department, schedule inspections, and don't start demo until permits are in hand.
Most bathrooms run three to six weeks depending on scope. You get that schedule in writing before day one, and an update from us the moment anything moves.
Tile, fixtures and cabinetry are sourced and confirmed while permits process — so the crew isn't standing in your open bathroom waiting on a back-ordered vanity.
We don't pad quotes and we don't spring costs on you mid-project. If the scope genuinely needs to change, we bring it to you first and you decide.

Subway to large-format marble, mosaic accents to wood-look porcelain. Waterproofing, substrate prep and grout selection are part of every tile job we do.
Rough-in modifications, supply-line replacement, drain relocation, GFCI and new lighting circuits — brought up to current California code and inspected.

We pull permits through your city and order every material while they process. Demolition doesn't start until permits are in hand and materials are confirmed.
Adjacent areas protected, dust contained, debris removed daily. Plumbing and electrical rough-in is completed and inspected before any wall finish goes on.
Precise tile layout and consistent grout joints, then cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, lighting and hardware — each checked against your design plan.
